The hotel was in a good and convenient location, next to city hall.

the staff were affable, they told us about bars and restaurants which were located close to the hotel. got wheelchair accessible room with a full bed, good facilities as expected.

I enjoyed the free bikes, business center, and Korean cuisine at the hotel. My daily life was definitely elevated by the relaxation and joy provided by the Best Western Plus Jeonju Hotel.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful experience of communicating in broken English and playing charades with the staff. So much fun!

The hotel location was great, very close to the Hanok village and there were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and stores nearby. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good enough for the price, with a Korean twist, which I enjoyed.

The staff spoke very little English which made communication difficult and frustrating. there was no temperature control in the rooms, and they were extremely hot.
